BACON-CHEESE AND GARLIC ROLLS
BACON-CHEESE AND GARLIC ROLLS
500 g ready mixed dough (I buy mine from my local spar)
250 g bacon bits
1 ½ cups grated chedder cheese
4 tablespoons minced garlic
250g butter
Knee the dough down and roll out in a square about 2cm thick.
Melt butter and mix with garlic. Spread ½ butter mixture over flattened dough.
Sprinkle raw bacon bits and chees evenly over.
Starting from one end roll the dough (like a swissroll) Now cut 5cm pieces.Spray a oven dish with spray and cook and place rolls inside. Back for 45min at 180ºC. Remove from oven and spread the rest of the garlic butter over the top.
You can really use any fill such as spinach and feta cheese, or ham and cheese etc.
