FOOD LOVERS RECIPES
30 ml water
60 ml butter
400 ml sugar
30 ml golden syrup
1 x tin condensmilk
5 ml vanilla essence
Combine water, butter, sugar, condensmilk and syrup and stir over a low heat until the sugar has dissolved.
Bring to boil and boil for 20 min stirring constantly.
Remove from the heat and beat in vanilla .
Turn into grease swiss Roll tin pan.
Cool and cut in squares ~ I use cookie cutter and make shapes all kind left over use to make truffles roll it in coconut.
