HAM AND CHEESE BREAD
Bread I made with lunch today (quick, easy and tasty – something you can be proud to serve to guests!):-
1 packet Snowflake Savoury Muffin mix
250 g chopped ham (or any meat of your choice)
1 to 2 cups of grated cheese
½ onion
2 teaspoons chopped up garlic, fried in butter
Beat 3 large, or 2 extra-large eggs together
160 ml (⅔ cup) cooking oil
375 ml (1,5 cups) water

Mix together gently till just mixed – be careful not to over-mix.
Bake in a large pyrex dish in pre-heated oven at 180°C for 20 to 25 minutes.
