SWEETCORN FRITTERS

Today’s recipe for sweetcorn fritters is from Isa Uys. It’s so easy and delicious.

All you need is:
1 tin of KOO sweetcorn
1 cup Golden Cloud flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg

Mix the ingredients well.
Drop spoonfuls in deep or shallow oil.
When crispy and golden brown on both sides, drain on kitchen paper.
Season with caster sugar for a sweet treat, or salt and cayenne pepper with a spicy bite.
