ELIZE’S WALDORF SALAD

ELIZE’S WALDORF SALAD
Hier is my resep ek hou van die 2 kleure appel en 2 kleure druiwe. 
1 Granny Smith (green apple) cored and chopped
1 Star King ( red apple ) cored and chopped
1/2 cup chopped, slightly toasted walnuts
1/2 cup celery, thinly sliced
1/4 cup red seedless grapes, sliced 
1/4 cup red seedless grapes, sliced 
3 Tbsp mayonnaise or Greek Yogurt or sour cream
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
Salt
Pepper
Lettuce

Whisk together the mayonnaise (or yogurt or sour cream) and the lemon juice.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and a 1/4 teaspoon of fresh ground pepper.
Mix in the fruit and nuts.
Serve on a bed of fresh lettuce.
