MOCK FISH PASTE
I live in The Netherlands and made this myself!
4 good quality soft anchovies fillets
1 heaped teaspoon soft good butter
Slice and mash fillet.
Stir in butter!
Serve on hot toast – I used homemade fresh white bread and then toasted it.
And don’t forget a cup of English Tea with Milk!
