ZUCCHINI SLICES

ZUCCHINI SLICES
2 big grated zucchini
2 medium onions finely chopped
250 g bacon
1 c grated cheddar cheese
1 c selfraising flour
1 c grated carrot
5 eggs
1 c oil
Salt /pepper

Cook onion and bacon till soft. set aside to cool
Combine zucchini, carrot, onion,bacon, cheese, flour and salt pepper.
Beat eggs and oil.
Mix with dry ingredients.
Bake at 180 grade C for 45 min
