200 ml gerasperde kaas
250 ml fyn biltong
2 eiers

Klop warm witsous by eiergele. Vou kaas en biltong in mengsel. Vou styf geklopte eierwitte in mengsel. Skep in vierkantige bak, bak 15 of tot goudbruin by 180°C. Sny in blokkies en geniet.
