Rib eye pork steak with infused mashed potatoes and cheesy bacon brussels sprouts
Pan fried in olive oil with salt, pepper and smoked paprika.
8 baby potatoes boiled with skin on until cooked.
Roughly mash potatoes to a course consistency and add:
chopped black olives
sun dried tomatoes
spring onions with
½ cup of milk
1 tablespoon butter
