ROSE APPLE TART
Rose Apple Tart recipe from Elize Grobbelaar filled with Creme Patisserie
500ml Milk heated
4 Egg Yolks
1tsp Vanilla essence
Beat egg yolks with sugar till smooth, add flour gradually then add heated milk with vanilla essence.
Place on stove tilL thickened. Place a layer on top of pie pastry and layer apples on top. Bake at 180 for 40 mins.
