CHRISSIE SE ASYNPOEDING IN DIE MIKROGOLF
Vir die sous:
200 ml suiker
100 ml melk
100 ml kookwater
50 g (60 ml) botter
5 ml vanielje

Vir die deeg:
1 eier
125 ml suiker
300 ml koekmeel
25 ml appelkooskonfyt
15 ml asyn
5 ml bakpoeier
5 ml koeksoda
200 ml melk
Knippie sout

Meng bestanddele vir sous en mikrogolf vir 3 min op volle krag roer tot suiker opgelos het, hou eenkant.
Room eier en suiker. Voeg meel, konfyt, asyn, bakpoeier en sout by. Los die koeksoda in melk op en voeg by. Meng tot die mengsel glad is. Skep die deeg in ‘n gesmeerde bak van 20 cm x 9 cm diep. Gooi die sous oor die deeg. Mikrogolf vir 15 minute teen 50% krag.

MICROWAVE BANANA PUDDING

MICROWAVE BANANA PUDDING
100 g butter, softened, plus extra for greasing
2 ripe bananas
100 g light muscovado sugar
100 g self-raising flour
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
2 eggs
2 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp salt
Put the butter in a 1-litre baking dish and microwave on High for 30 secs-1 min until melted.
Add 1½ bananas, mash into the melted butter, then add the sugar, flour, cinnamon, ginger, salt, eggs and milk.
Mix together well.
Slice the remaining banana over the top, then return to the microwave and cook on High for 8 mins until cooked through and risen.
(Serve warm, dusted with icing sugar, if you like, with a drizzle of toffee sauce and a scoop of ice cream.)
I baked it at 180 deg C in an oven.

Caramel Sauce
200 ml milk
200 ml muscovado sugar
15 ml butter
15 ml maizena
200 ml water.
Pinch of salt
Boil sugar, milk and butter in a saucepan. Dissolve maizena in water and add. Boil until thick. Pour over baked pudding and put it 5 min back in oven. Served with Ice cream and custard.

MOIST MICROWAVE CUP CAKE
Very nice – not dry at all
4 table spoon flour
4 table spoon sugar
2 table spoon cocoa
1 egg
3 table spoon milk
3 tablespoon oil
A small dash of vanilla
One large coffee mug – microwave safe

Mix dry ingredients and mix well.
Add egg and mix thoroughly.
Pour in the milk and oil and mix well.
Add chocolate chip if you want.
Add vanilla and mix well.
Put the mug in microwave on cook for 3 min on 1000 watts.
(my microwave is 1200 watts so I just cooked it for 2 and half minutes).
The cake will rise over the top of the mug – don’t be alarm.
Allow to cool a little, tip out onto a plate if desired.
Serve with custard if prefer.

1 eier
2 eetlepels suiker
3 eetlepels grondboontjiebotter
Klits alles saam.
Microwave 1 min op hoog.

MAKLIKE MIKROGOLF SOUSKLUITJIES
Vir die sous:
750 ml water
2oo ml suiker
30 ml mielieblom
knippie sout
1 stukkie pypkaneel
15 ml botter/margarien

Vir die deeg:
250 ml koekmeelblom
10 ml bakpoeier
2 ml sout
80 g botter/margarien
45 ml melk
2 ekstragroot eiers
fyn kaneel

Mikrogolf al die sous bestanddele 8-10 min lank saam op hoog in ‘n 25 cm bak met deksel. Roer gedurende kooktyd om die suiker te smelt.
Sif die meel, bakpoeier en sout saam. Vryf 20 ml van botter by die meelmengsel in.
Meng die melk en eiers en meng dit dan met die meelmengsel tot ‘n sagte deeg. Skep teelepelsvol deeg in sous in. Bedek en mikrogolf 3 minute op hoog.
Smelt oorblywende 60 g botter en drup dit oor die kluitjies. Sprinkel kaneel oor.

CAKE IN A MUG
4 tbs flour
3 tbs sugar
2 tbs cocoa powder
.5 tsp baking powder (half teaspoon)
3 tbs milk
1 tbs oil
1 tsp vanilla essence

Mix all the ingredients in mug. Put the mug into the microwave and cook on high for 1 min 30 sec. Remove from microwave and dust with icing sugar or add scoop of ice cream. Enjoy!

GEORGIE SE 7 MINUUT MIKROGOLFOOND KOEK
250 ml koekmeel
250 ml strooisuiker
10 ml bakpoeier
3 eetlepels maizena
2 eiers
2 eetlepels olie
250 lou water
1 teelepel vanilla

Meng droë bestanddele goed saam.
Meng nat bestanddele sonder vanilla.
Meng droog en nat bestanddele bymekaar en voeg laastens vanilla by.
Bak in ringkoek pan vir 7 min in mikrogolfoond op hoog.
Laat staan ‘n rukkie voor jy dit uitkeer.

BEST MICROWAVE FUDGE
Baie Baie Geluk met 5 jaar. Baie resepte is van die blad gekry. Dankie daarvoor!
My 5 bestanddele fudge.
1 tin condensmilk
2 c castor sugar
1 t vanilla
125 g butter/margarine
1 t vinegar

Put all ingredients into a deep dish, except vinegar.
Microwave on High for 2 mins.
Stir well.
Put back on High for 10 mins stirring every 2 mins.
When finished, add vineger and stir well.
Pour into greased dish, cool and cut.

MANDY SE MAKLIKE KAASKOEK IN DIE MIKROGOLF
1 L Parmalat caramel fudge yogurt
1 blik kondensmelk
1 pakkie tennis biscuits
Maak die koekies fyn en sit dit in ‘n bak of tertpan, maak die bodem heeltemal toe.
Meng die kondensmelk en yogurt baie goed saam.
Skep die mengsel oor die koekies.
Sit dit in die mikrogolf vir 4 min.
Koel af in die yskas.
Dis baaaaaie lekker!

MICROWAVE CHOCOLATE FUDGE SQUARES
250 g butter or margarine
1 Pkt (500 g) icing sugar
40 g (100 ml) cocoa
2 eggs
2 pkts Marie or Tennis biscuits

Microwave the butter or margarine, uncovered, for about 1 ½ minutes in a deep dish, on 100% power or until melted.
Sift together the icing sugar and cocoa and stir into the melted butter.
Beat the eggs and stir them in.
Microwave the mixture, uncovered, for about 2 minutes on 100% power.
Break up the biscuits and mix the fragments into the chocolate mixture.
Transfer to a 20 x 20 cm dish and allow to cool.
Place in fridge to harden and then cut into squares.
