Ek het dit op facebook raakgeloop. Gebruik meestal marshmellow en rice crispie koekie “deeg” as basis en voeg allerhande interressante swieties by wat kleur gee.

Dis ook lekker as jy karamel en post toasties gebruik vir die basis of kondensmelk en klapper, of grondboontjiebotter en gebreekte koekies. Die moontlikhede is eindeloos. Al wat jy moet doen is om die “basis” soos klei te meng en dan jou verbeelding op hol te jaag.

60 ml botter
80ml suiker
1 eetlepel stroop
2 koppies rice crispies

smelt die bar one en botter oor lae hitte tot gesmelt, voeg die suiker en stroop by en smelt tot suiker opgelos is
meng rice crispies by en roer vinnig en gooi in n gesemeerde bak. 20×20
laat afkoel en sny in blokkies

Nota:  maak die resep 5 x aan vir ‘n 35cm x43  druk beskuitpan

ICE CREAM CONE CUPCAKES
Brilliant idea for a children’s birthday party or alternatively a summery addition to an afternoon tea party!
These yummy treats are so quick and easy to make and they look so effective.
This recipe will make approx. 12 vanilla cupcake cones.
You will need:
For the Cake:
150g Unsalted Butter, Softened or Marg
150g Caster Sugar
150g Self Raising Flour
3 Medium Eggs

For the topping:
250g Unsalted Butter, Softened
500g Icing Sugar
2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
3 to 4 tablespoons of Milk

For the Decoration:
12 Ice Cream Cone Cups
A box of Cadbury’s Ice Cream Flakes
Dr. Oetker’s Soft Shimmer Pearls

Method:
For the best results it is better to bring the ingredients to room temperature before you begin.
Pre-heat your oven to 150 degrees and separate the Ice Cream Cone Cups and stand them in a deep cupcake tin.
Using a hand mixer on a medium setting, cream together the butter and caster sugar. Beat the eggs with a fork and slowly add to the mixture a little at a time.
You may need to add a spoonful of flour to stop the mixture from curdling.
Next fold the remaining flour into the mixture.
Using a dessert spoon, take one heaped spoonful per cone and divide the mixture in to your cupcake cones.
The mixture should come about half way up the cone case.
Carefully place the cones in to the oven for approximately 25 -30 minutes or until golden brown and spring back to the touch!
When the cakes are ready carefully remove them from the oven. Leave the cakes stood in the tin to cool for 5 minutes and then place on a wire rack.
Whilst the cupcake cones are cooling you can begin to make your butter cream topping.
Using a hand mixer, cream together your butter and icing sugar. Add 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract and add 1 tablespoon of milk at a time until you achieve a nice consistency for piping your butter cream.
I divided my butter cream into 2 separate bowls and mixed in a tiny amount of pink Sugar-Flair food colouring to one half of my butter cream to turn it pink!
Once your cakes have cooled, insert a large nozzle into a piping bag and fill with butter cream.
Starting at the outside edge of the cake, pipe a high swirl of butter cream by guiding the nozzle around the edge of the cone case, applying even pressure, circle around and around, on top of the previous layer below until you eventually end up at the centre.
To decorate, cut an ice cream sized 99′ flake in half and gently push into the butter cream. Hold the cake above a bowl and add the sprinkles!
And voila! There you have 12 delicious Ice cream cone cupcakes!
If you would prefer to make a chocolate sponge then simply substitute 2 level tablespoons of flour for 2 level tablespoons of cocoa powder.

Sjokolade lepels… net die bakgat idee vir kinder partytjies, weggooi plastiek lepels, smelt sjokolade en meng met versiersel, skep lepels vol en versier soos verkies met enige van die volgende:
smarties, thousands, jellybeans ens en plaas in die yskas,
Laat die kreatiewe souse vloei.

32 malva lekkers
1pakkie marie beskuitjies fyn gemaak
1 blikkie kondensmelk
100g margarien
Half kop sjokolade nesquik
1 kop klapper
En klapper om in te rol
Gooi alles in n groot bak of kastrol behalwe klapper en malva lekkers
Verhit tot goed warm ek het sommer in die mikrogolf gedoen meng
Voeg nou klapper by en meng goed laat effens afkoel. Vou nou malva lekkers toe in n bietjie van die beslag rol in ronde bolle dan in klapper. Plaas in vrieskas tot styf sny aan drie en bere in yskas of vrieskas.
Maak jou hande nat as die besigheid te taai is dit werk goed

(Eetbare klei)
80 ml margarien
80 ml stroop
1 ml vanielje geursel
4 k versiersuiker

Smelt die margarien, stroop en vanielje saam. Laat effens afkoel en voeg versiersuiker by.
Knie baie goed om tot klei te vorm.
Verdeel klei en kleur met verskillende kleure kleursel.
As kinders klaar gespeel het, kan hulle die klei eet of terwyl hulle speel.

80 ml stroop
80 ml margarien
2 ml vanieljegeursel
500 g versiersuiker
koekkleursel, in verskillende kleure
Smelt die stroop en margarien saam

Voeg die versiersuiker by en knie totdat dit ‘n mooi gladde deeg vorm. En ja, jy mag nou maar proe – die klei is so lekker soos fudge!
Verdeel en voeg kleursel by soos verkies
Laat afkoel, sommer in die yskas as julle haastig is.

2 cups cornstarch
about 1 cup hair conditioner or lotion (don’t use the expensive stuff)
Place the cornstarch in a large bowl.
Mix in the beauty product of your choice with your hands–it will just start coming together and it will be pliable and very, very smooth.
You may need to add more conditioner/shaving cream/lotion as you go). Use food coloring to color as desired. Keep covered when not in use.

1 koppie meel
¼ koppie sout
1 pakkie Kool-Aid (enige geur)
⅔ koppie water.- jy sal tussen ½ kop na 2/3 kop gebruik
1 eetl Olie
Meng die meel, sout, en die Kool-Aid saam.
Kook die water. Voeg die olie by die water.Gooi ‘n bietjie van die water by die droë bestanddele en meng met ‘n lepel. Hou aan water byvoeg en brei die klei tot die kool-aid deurgemeng is en dit soos speelklei voel.

Wenk: Gooi so 1 teelepel “eetbare glitter” by om dit ‘n bietjie op te helder !! Dink net hoe gaan daardie ogies blink as hulle die klei sien.
