TUNA FISH CAKES
2 tins tuna
3 potatoes, cooked and mashed
1 onion
the yellow of 2 eggs, keep the white aside
2 tablespoons cornflower
salt and pepper
bread crumbs, for covering cakes
Mix everything, except egg whites and bread crumbs, well. Make cakes, roll in egg whites and then in bread crumbs.
Fry in hot oil.
