ELIZE’S OVEN FRIED CHIPS
Par boil potato chips in water for 5 min, drain and refrigerate for 1 hour, spray with olive oil spray.
Bake at 200ÂșC until brown and crispy.
Enjoy with a sunny side up egg served on steak.
