CHICKEN MAYONNAISE PIZZA
Cook your deboned chicken breasts, flake the chicken, add salt, pepper and mayonnaise to taste and mix. (You can however add a little white sugar to taste to the chicken and mayo mix… fantastic.)
Prepare your pizza base by lightly covering with tomato puree mixed with a little olive oil and oregano.
Cover lightly with grated mozzarella.
Spread chicken and mayonnaise mix over.
Cover with another layer of mozzarella.
Little oregano on top.
Bake in a hot oven until slightly tanned, not brown… crust should be baked and cheese melted.
