SABINE’S APPLE STRUDEL
1 pk puff pastry
100 g of shopped nuts
50 g white bread crumbs
handful of raisins
sugar and cinnamon to taste
I clean and cut the apples in small pieces, then I add the nuts and white bread crumbs to it.
Add the raisins and a little sugar and cinnamon.
Roll out the dough and spread the filling, roll up like a swiss roll, then grease with melted butter and bake at about 180 ºC for 25-30 minutes.
Sprinkle with icing sugar before serving.
