2 cups of water
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups maize meal
Boil water then simultaneously throw meal in. Close the lid and let it boil for 5 min. over very low heat – Don’t stir.
After 5 min, stir a bit with a fork.
Simmer on low heat and every 10 min stir with a fork until nicely formed and fine.
