ANNA’S LAMB RIB
1 cup tomato sauce
½ cup honey
little bit of Worcester sauce
salt and black pepper to taste
Mix all the ingredients together and add the lam.
Leave for 2 or 3 hours in the sauce and bake on 180 ºC for 1 ½ hours.
You can also put it on grill for the last few minutes.
