AMARULA BUTTER CREAM ICING


AMARULA BUTTER CREAM ICING
250 g butter
600 g icing sugar
100 ml Amarula

Beat the butter until pale and fluffy.
Add half the icing sugar and half the Amarula. Beat well.
Add the rest of the icing sugar and Amarula and beat A LOT.
The more you beat, the fluffier it gets.

If you want to make this in a different quantity: for every 50 g butter, use 20-30 ml Amarula and 120 g Icing sugar. 30 ml is strong, though, so try 20 ml first and have a taste!!

4 cups icing sugar
125 g butter
ΒΌ cup Amarula
additional milk

Cream butter until smooth and pale. With mixer on low speed, add the icing sugar (sifted) and Amarula
Mix until combined.
Add milk if too stiff – only an teaspoon at a time.
