DRAGON FRUIT MOUSSE (low cal, low fat, no dairy)
400 gm Cremora dissolved in 1 cup boiling water and chilled
Moirs DRAGON FRUIT jelly dissolved in 125 ml boiling water
2 x Moirs guava instant pudding
Toppers lemon biscuits crumbs
Use an electric blender to whip Cremora to a mousse like texture. (10 min.)
Add cooled jelly all while blender is running.
Add dry instant pudding a little at a time.
When thoroughly mixed pour onto cookie crumbs in a tart dish.
Put some crumbs on-top if prefered.
Use any flavor jelly and instant pudding to make your own combinations.
This keeps very well in the fridge – long fridge life.
