Butterfly the chicken breasts, spice and precook / grill for approximately 20 minutes at 170-180°C.
Split and clear the jalapeños.
Mix cream cheese, cheddar and sweet chilli sauce.
Fill the jalapeños with the cheese mix.
Close the two jalapeño halves.
Place jalapeños inside a split / or between two chicken breasts.
Wrap with bacon strips.
Spice to taste.
Grill for 7-13 minutes on each side.
Add basting 5 minutes before removing from oven.
Enjoy with whatever side dish you wish to prepare.
