BROWN SUGAR MUFFINS
1 cup light brown sugar
½ cup meted butter
1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
¼ cup nuts
Stir the sugar and butter together.
Add milk, egg and vanilla essence and stir to combine.
Add flour, baking soda and salt.
Mix well and devide the dought between the muffinpan cups.
Note: Quarter cup of nuts is optional. I didn’t use nuts.
Bake at 180°C for 15 to 20 minutes.
