PROVITA CRUSTED CHICKEN FILLETS
For the more health conscious person looking for a healthier alternative to crispy chicken..
Salt and pepper
More or less 2 eggs
Garlic finely chopped
In a bowl add your eggs and garlic (add Garlic for a twist), in another bowl crushed provitas.
Dip your chicken in the egg coating both sides of your chicken and then do the same with your provitas.
Pop in a pan with olive oil and fry each side approx 2-3 minutes.
TIP: Cut your chicken fillet in half so it cooks through easier..
salt can be added as needed. I like to add it when I have added my fillets to the pan.
