JACQUELINE’S NATURAL DARK CHOCOLATE SNACK
1/2 cup cocoa
1/4 cup real maple syrup
1/4 cup coconut oil
Optional hazelnuts roasted with half a tsp coconut oil and sea salt
Spray a sheet of wax paper with spray and cook and line a suitable container. Melt the coconut oil on defrost setting and add maple syrup. Whisk together with the cocoa until a smooth consistency is achieved. Add nuts if desired. Press down the mixture onto the wax paper in order to form a 3-4 mm thick slab of chocolate and put in the freezer. When solid cut into blocks and store in the freezer.
