GILLIAN’S FISH AND POTATO PIE
Preheat oven on 190¤C
1 kg Hake mince blocks
1 packet cream of mushroom soup
250 ml cream
1/2 onion, diced
2 sticks fresh parsley
1 loaf white bread
Pinch of spice for fish
Pinch of salt
Pinch of white pepper
Mix the above and bake for 25 minutes
In a pot peel and boil 6 potatoes, mash them with 2-4 tablespoons butter, add 1 cup grated cheddar cheese to the mash.
Add the mash mixture to the Hake mixture and bake for another 7-10 minutes.
