(I receive so many requests for this recipe from friends when they hear about it, because my hubby always says he fantasizes about these chops! 😂😂😂
Photo taken from my recipe book as I have not made the pork today.)
I have adjusted the recipe a bit (will mark with * where)
400 g pork fillet (I used any chops for this too)
45 ml flour
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 onion, diced
15 ml oil (any oil of your preference)
75 ml peanut butter
375 ml chicken stock
15 ml soy sauce
Season pork with s alt and pepper
Dust pork with flour.
Sauté onion in oil until tender, add pork and brown.
Mix peanut butter with stock and soy sauce.
Pour over pork and simmer for 20 minutes. (*I am a lazy housewife, I put the pork in a covered oven dish and bake it for about 45min to 1 hour depending on which cut of pork I use.)
