EGG AND DAIRY FREE BISCUITS
90 ml oil
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
2 tbls water mixed with 1tsp oil and 2tsp baking powder to replace the egg
1 tsp vanilla
Pinch of salt
Half a banana
Mix oil and sugar till well combined.
Mix egg replacement with the vanilla and salt. Add to sugar mixture.
Mash up banana and mix together till well combined.
Add baking powder and flour and knee together.
Form balls and flatten.
Bake at 180 degrees C for 10 to 15min.
