CHICKEN ALA KING
2 onions diced and cooked slowly with 2 cloves crushed garlic.
500 grams chicken breast sliced small and added to onions.
Turn up heat a bit.
Add a green and red pepper sliced and a punnet of sliced mushrooms.
Add black pepper, half a tsp mixed herbs and chicken stock.
Once chicken is cooked, turn down heat and add 500ml double cream and thicken the sauce with a tsp cornflour mixed to a paste with a little water.
Cook through and serve.
