2 Onions chapped
2 cups green beans. Blanched or frozen.
Fry Chopped onions . Add the frozen Beans or blanched beans. In butter, salt and pepper for until its soft about 6 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in flour.
return to heat, stir 1 min then add broth and cream, bringing it to a boil, stirring constantly until slightly thickened.
Add the paprika. Pack the chicken into an oven dish . Take the cooked beans and onions beans and pour over the chicken . Take the sauce and pour over the chicken. Bake 45-60 min on gas setting 4 = 180 degrees C Serve with Basmati or Pasta or Mash Potatoes with your favorite salad and vegetables.
If you use sliced chicken breast then cook the chicken first then
put mash potatoes in the bottom
of an oven dish add the chicken and sauce and put puff pastry or more mash on top . Bake for 35 min if you use cooked chicken.
Note: I used 4 drumsticks and 4 thighs which your local shops sell . If you using chicken breast then cut it into strips, fry and use the bottom part of the recipe. Which ever way you go it will be great. Paprika is such a versatile nice spice to use . For those who like Rabbit then this recipe can be used exactly like this but with rabbit instead. In France and Italy rabbit is freely available but struggle to find it here. enjoy this dish 👌
