AMINA’S TWO TONED FINGER BISCUITS
250g butter or margarine
Three quarter cup icing sugar
1 egg yolk
1 level tsp baking powder
3 and quarter cup cake flour
1 tsp. Vanilla essence
Mix butter and icing sugar with an electric beater or by hand
(.I beat the butter well first then add the icing sugar)
Add egg yolk and vanilla essence,beat well for 2 minutes.
Then fold in baking powder and enough flour to make a very soft dough (use all 3 and quarter cups).
Pipe thru large star nozzle my dough was perfect so i used my nozzle in a piping bag went very quick.
Bake at 160 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or light brown in color. Cool, sandwich together with chocolate or just dip ends in chocolate and leave on lunch wrap for chocolate to dry. I melted my chocolate in microwave for 2 minutes stirred well and added bout 1 tsp oil and stirred again
