NACHOS WITH SOUR CREAM AND AVO
Recipe for nachos:
1 – 2 bags of dorito’s (any flavour)
1 tin of diced onion and tomato mix
Little sugar to balance it out
Mozzarella cheese as needed
Cheddar cheese as needed
(Feta cheese is optional)
Place nachos on a platter (oven proof)
In a saucepan place
Tinned onion and tomato on medium heat.
Add spice. Cook for 2 min then add sugar, taste for tangyNess… Once heated set aside.
This sauce can now be poured over nachos and drizzled with the cheese.
I usually add more cheese but follow your own instinct…
Place into oven at 200ºC for 10 min or until cheese has melted…
Add a dollop of mashed avo and sour cream…
Sprinkle parsley for a extra look and flavour.
