SATé SAUCE – SATAY
Ingredients:
150g peanut butter
1 tbsp Tamari soy sauce
1 tbsp agave syrup
1 tsp dried chilli flakes
1 tsp fresh grated ginger
1 clove garlic (crushed)
1 tsp Worcester sauce
½ tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp fresh chopped corriander
150ml coconut milk
1 lime, juiced, with some of the zest added
Salt and Pepper
Method:
To make the satay sauce, simply blend all of the ingredients together, adding the coconut milk, lime juice and seasoning last.
