ODETTE’S PASTA AND VEGGIES
Here is a recipe of pasta and veggies.
400 g smoked bacon cut is little pieces
200 g Philadelphia cream cheese
500 g carrots + leek cut in very little pieces
500 g tagliatelli or white spaghetti
2 cubes of chicken bouillon
Put the tagliatelli or the spaghetti in boiled ware with some salt and oil in it.
In the meanwhile heat some butter in a pan and add the veggies with a cube of chicken bouillon. Aad a bit of water and cover the pan.
Melt some butter in another pan and heat the bacon.
Once the veggies are ready, mix them with the Philadelphia cheese.
Once pasta is ready, mix it all together…. Enjoy your meal !
