ODETTE’S HOT AND SPICY CHICKEN
800 g white parts of chicken
3 green peppers
3 red peppers
1 pot of mashed tomatoes
A couple of fresh tomatoes
2 x 125 g white rice
2 cubes of chicken bouillon
Boil the chicken parts in water with some salt and 1 cube of chicken bouillon
Melt butter in a pan and ad the green and red peppers cut in very small pieces as well as the onion. Aad some water. Cover the pan. When is ready, add mashed tomato, the fresh tomatoes and the pili-pili oil. Taste.
Once ready, cut the chicken in very, very small pieces and asd it in the sauce.
Boil the rice in water with 1 cube of chicken bouillon.
When ready, mix all….. Enjoy your meal !
