GRANDMA’S CHOCOLATE PUDDING
½ cup Cocoa
¼ cup Cornstarch (Mazina)
3 egg Yolks
1 cup of Sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
2 Cups of Milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
Mix together the Cocoa, Cornstarch, Beaten egg yolks, sugar, salt and Vanilla in a Pot. Then add a little bit of milk with the mix on a medium heat. When it starts getting hot, gradually add the milk in until the mixture is thick and smooth.
(My base I just smashed biscuits, and mixed with Butter.). When it is thick, pour it into your base and let it cool down in the fridge.
Main:
In a bowl I mixed honey, ketchup, soya sauce, pepper, salt, teaspoon of apple cider vinigar and little bit of water (did not take exact measurements. Just winged it). Put my chicken in a plastic sandwich bag, poured my sauce over it and closed the bag and place it in the fridge (i did leave it over night. But no need). I layered foil in a glass bowl, added my chicken with sauce over everything, and covered it with foil. Let it cook for 1 hour on 180 degrees. And another 30mins with the top foil off to brown it. Made cous-cous, and steamed green beans. Added the toasted sesame seeds before dishing up in the glass bowl with the chicken .
