MOLDED POTATO SALAD
Potato Salad
Ingredients:
4 potatoes cubed and boiled
1 egg boiled and grated fine
1 green chilli – chopped fine
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp chopped dhania
2 tbsp chopped shalot
1 small tin nestle cream
6 tbsp mayonnaise
1. Combine nestle cream and mayonnaise
2. Place all ingredients in a salad bowl and toss lightly
**HINT**
Set in ring plastic mould. Allow to set in fridge. Remove from bowl just before serving and garnish with parsley

NB: This time I didn’t add green chillies, dhunia and shallot, but I did add Creamstyle Sweetcorn to it.
I used abt 8 -9 potatoes and 5 boiled eggs. I used 1× small tin Nestle cream and a bit more mayonnaise than recipe suggested & half tin Creamstyle sweetcorn. One can use the entire tin as well if doubling the potatoes. One can also use howmuch Nestle cream & mayonnaise that one prefers.
