SCRUMPTIOUS MOIST CHOCOLATE CAKE
60ml cocoa, dissolved in 125ml hot water, allow to cool.
10ml baking powder
1. Beat eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy
2. Add oil and mix well
3. Fold in flour, baking powder and salt, alternatively with the cocoa mixture, into the egg mixture
4. Add the vanilla essence and mix well
5. Pour into 2 greased cake tons(200mm) and bake at 180’C for 25min until done.
