LACYs BULK PIZZA DOUGH

8 cups flour
3 cups lukewarm water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp salt
2 tbsp active dry yeast.
Mix. Knead until elastic. Rise until tripled in size.
Divide into six equal portions. Rest 10 minutes. Don’t forget to cover dough. Roll out and place in round pizza pans. I normally cover three with pkastic wrap after I spray / oil it lightly. Place each pan on top of the other and a fourth on top to keep the shape. Then freeze for up to six weeks.
