TAIWAN STIR FRY
2 chicken breasts sliced
1 onion sliced
2 carrots sliced
Half cabbage sliced
Baby cucumber sliced
50g butter
50ml Soy Sauce
50ml water
Salt and Pepper for tas
Melt butter and semi fry onion and chicken. Add salt and pepper.
Add veggies, soy sauce and water.
On high stir fry.
Enjoy with some rice or fried noodles.
