VEGETARIAN BAKED BEANS CURRY
Fry two big onions
Add spoon full of curry powder
Add two chopped tomatoes
Cook untill onions and tomatoes are soft
Add two tins of baked beans
Half cup of mayonaise
Cup of chutney
Bring to boil
And wallah ten minutes meal done
Best serve with basmati rice
It also makes a stunning salad for a braai
