FRUIT CAKE AT HAIRDRESSER MICK’S FAVORITE
Hier is ook ‘n resep wat ek by my haarkapper se ma gekry het, my man hou baie meer van dit as van my “rich Kersfees koek”
Soak over night.
1kg Mix Fruit
2 mug of black instant coffee ( taamlik sterk)
Mix in
2 cups self raising flour sieve with cinnamon, ginger, mix spice and ground gloves and salt.
150 grams chopped fruit and nut chocolate
Bake at 160 degrees for 1 -2 hours. I baked it in 2 loaf tins and freeze one cake for later.
Serving; cut in slices warm up with custard or brandy cream
