CREAMY CHICKEN-ALA-KING

Serves 4-6
Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts
1 med onion
4 baby marrows
250g mushrooms
150g cabbage
½ head broccoli
½ head cauliflower
Royco Chicken-ala-king
200ml milk
200ml fresh cream
Method:
Start prepping your ingredients by dicing them up (onion, baby marrows, mushrooms, cabbage). Cut chicken breasts into very thin slices. Pre-cook your broccoli & cauliflower by breaking them up into small pieces, add water & salt. Cook in microwave for ±5min.
Fry your onions with some garlic/garlic salt & parsley. Add mushrooms & cabbage. Stir for about 2 min. Add baby marrows and close your pan with a lid for the baby marrows to steam for about 2 min. Spice your chicken slices separately with salt, chicken spice & garlic. Make a whole in the middle of your pan and move the veggies to the side. Add the chicken to the middle with some extra oil and start glazing the chicken. Mix the chicken with all the veggies and close with lid.
Add 200ml milk & 200ml fresh cream and heat in the microwave for about 1:30min. Stir the Royco Chicken-ala-king premix into with the mixture. Add the mix into the pan. Now also add the broccoli & cauliflower. Make sure all the veggies are covered with the chicken-ala-king mix, if not; add a little bit of milk. Turn the heat to low and let it all simmer, stirring occasionally, until the chicken cooked and sauce is thick.
