CREAMY BACON AND MINCE TAGLIATELLE
500g Mince
Garlic
1t Mixed Herbs
2 Onions
Tomato paste
Chutney
Hand full of spinach
Method
Fry the onion and garlic and then the mince and add the tomatopaste and chutney and a little water in the end and cook over low heat for about 20min or untill done.
Put a handfull of spinach in at the end. Dont cook further.
Put aside
In the same pan fried finely cut bacon with garlic onion and herbs
Italian cheese spice
Mixed herbs
Pasta spice (ina paarman)
Little cayan pepper
Olive oil
Little chutney
At the end again add a handfull of fine cut spinach
Set aside
Cook the pasta tagliatelle (the flat long ones) in water and salt.
Sauce
White sause (see link below) mixed with some cheddar cheese
Put the pasta around the side of the plate so that there is a hole in the middle. Then on the bottom put enough sauce and then the mince on top of it.
Put some sauce over the pasta also. Then spread the bacon on top of the pasta.
