My white sauce :
+- 1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
750ml milk
250ml cream
Salt, pepper, nutmeg.
Melt butter, add flour, I mix till its lightly browned, add milk, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and whisk till it’s thickened. I make it really thick.
Then I pour over the macaroni and mix in the cream.
Top with cheese and bake @ 180 till the cheese is crisp.
