Old family recipe adapted.
300gr butter (yes that much!! Only way to get the crispy sides)
250gr cheddar cheese grated.
3 large eggs
250gr of self raising flour
Pinch of salt
Rub butter in flour and salt. Fry bacon and viennas till crispy. Set aside to cool down. Mix milk and egg and add to flour mixture. Add cheese, bacon and viennas and mix well.
Bake in shallow cupcake tray at 200 deg C for 12 to 18 minutes or till nice and brown.
Cool down and enjoy hot or cold. freezes well for 3 months!
