4 cups cooked rice
2 tins tuna
4 eggs
1 large onion
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 cups grated cheese
1 teaspoon paprika (woolies smoked is extra nice)
Salt & pepper to taste
Drain the tuna and add all the ingredients together keeping 1 cup of cheese one side. Put into a greased glass dish. Put the rest of the cheese on top and bake for approximately 1hour at 180 deg.
For additional seasoning you can add a few chopped jalapeños to your mixture.
