Self saucing pudding – Yummies
1packet of Moirs Lemon Creams – place on bottom of tart rectangular container and crush a little to break. I drizzled a little boiling water over it but not really necessary.
3 Eggs – separate.
500ml Cream – beat egg yolks with this.
3 tblspoons Lemon Curd – blend in.
Pour this over biscuits.
Beat egg whites stiff. Add 15ml castor sugar. Add 5ml baking powder.
Spoon on top. Bake for 25 min on 180°C.
Once done, cool slightly, then place in fridge to set.
