POUND CAKE – LOW CARB
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup cream cheese
sweetener to taste
5 eggs
1t lemon extract
1t vanilla essence
1 3/4 cups almond flour
1t baking powder
-Mix together with a whisk
-Do not over mix
-Bake at 180dC for an hour
