NATHALIE’S CHICKEN LIVERS

500 g chicken livers
¼ red, green and yellow peppers
2 big tomatoes
2 medium onions
1 red chili
4 cloves garlic
200 ml red wine
salt, pepper, peri peri spice and Nando’s peri peri garlic sause
Marinade the livers in Nando’s sauce for 1 or 2 hours.
Fry the sliced onion till brown add the crushed garlic and sliced chili.
Then the livers fry on medium/high till brown and turn them over carefully not to mince them.
Now add the wine and a little water till the livers are covered.
Turn heat to low and reduce till almost dry.
Add all the rest of the ingredients and a little water stirring as little as possible.
Serve on thick slices of toast with Mr’s Balls or extra tomato and green unions.
