SHARON’S LEMON MERINGUE
Tennis biscuit Crumbs
2 egg yolks
4 egg whites
1 Tin Condensed Milk
1 Lemon (squeeze all juice out)
60 ml Caster Sugar
Make your base with Tennis biscuits crumbs mix with butter.
Press into your pie dish.
Mix together your condense milk, egg yolks and lemon juice.
Put on top of your Tennis biscuit base.
Add caster sugar to egg whites.
Beat until stiff.
Put big spoon fulls of egg white on top of lemon , it will form peaks.
Place in oven till peaks are nice and brown (oven 180)
